Exchange & Returns Policy

At Dune Clothing, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, here’s how we can help:

Returns & Exchanges

- Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

- Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Defective or Incorrect Items

- If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days.

- We will arrange for a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

- Refunds are processed once items are inspected and approved.

- Refunds are made via the original payment method and may take up to 7–10 business days.

Exclusions

- Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
